Core is our unique take on classical reformer Pilates. While staying true to the fundamentals of Joseph Pilates’ revolutionary workout, we also step it up a notch by adding in the use of free weights, kettlebells, stability balls and more. Working in a circuit-like manner, our Core classes will dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs while creating a sleek and toned physique. Increase your metabolism, coordination and flexibility, improve your posture, and decrease stress in this low impact, high intensity workout.


Ride is a cardiovascular indoor cycling workout.  It is primarily an anaerobic exercise, pulling energy from your reserves and building your muscular endurance over an extended period of time. Beside the cardio and weight loss benefits, our Ride classes use large muscle groups in your legs, toning your thighs, hamstrings and calves.  We add in the use of free weights making this class a full-body experience that burns calories while strengthening the upper body.  So get lost in the ride as we run, climb and sprint.






Flow takes the foundations of a fast-paced Vinyasa workout to the next level.  Yoga’s best sculpting poses are amplified for maximum calorie burning and muscle toning.   Free weights may be added creating resistance and intensifying poses like chair and warrior.  The class incorporates other non-yoga cardio moves like planks, push-ups, mountain climbers and squats to make the workout even more challenging.  However, even with all of the intensity, Flow is still a yoga class at heart and you will leave feeling stretched, relaxed and refreshed.


Fusion classes or combo classes offer you different combinations of workouts blending the benefits of strength training, cardio, and stretch all in one jam-packed hour long class. Our Fusion classes include Ride+Core, Ride+Strength, Ride+Flow, Core+Row, Ride+Core+Row, and Ride+Strength+Row.
